CUST Organizes Next Session of Skill Development & Professional Excellence Workshop on “Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace”
DHAKA, August 19, 2026 – As part of its ongoing “Skill Development and Professional Excellence Workshop” initiative, the Central University of Science & Technology (CUST) organized a session titled “Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace.”
The session was held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at the university’s Seminar Room, with the participation of CUST teachers, officers, and staff members.
Enhancing Professional Skills and Workplace Effectiveness
The session focused on the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace and its role in enhancing professional skills, effective communication, interpersonal relationships, and overall workplace performance.
The session was conducted by Mr. Sajedur Rahman, Chairman, Department of Business Administration, CUST, who shared valuable insights on developing emotional intelligence and applying it effectively in a professional environment.
