CUST Organizes First Session of Skill Development & Professional Excellence Workshop on “Professionalism & Office Decorum”
DHAKA, August 13, 2026 – As part of its ongoing commitment to professional development and institutional excellence, the Central University of Science & Technology (CUST) organized the first session of its “Skill Development and Professional Excellence Workshop” titled “Professionalism & Office Decorum.”
The session was held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at the university’s Seminar Room, with the participation of CUST teachers, officers, and staff members.
Fostering Professionalism and Workplace Excellence
The session focused on the importance of professionalism, appropriate workplace conduct, office decorum, and maintaining a disciplined and positive organizational environment. The initiative aims to enhance professional competencies and encourage a culture of responsibility, courtesy, and excellence among members of the CUST community.
The session was conducted by Mr. Md. Abdul Gafur, Professor (Adjunct), who shared valuable insights and practical guidance on the importance of professional behavior and workplace etiquette.
